2400 Bags/Hour High-Level Palletizing & Hooding Integrated System Solution
Against the backdrop of the transformation of modern industrial production and intelligent logistics, industries handling bulk bulk materials such as building materials, cement and chemicals are facing unprecedented dual challenges of efficiency and environmental protection. To address this pain point, we proudly launch the new generation 2400 bags/hour high-level palletizing and hooding system. This system integrates the DMDJ2400 high-speed high-level palletizer and advanced cold stretch hooding machine, bridging the final step from intelligent arrangement of bagged products to fully enclosed protection of finished goods.
As the core power of the entire system, the high-level palletizer is responsible for intelligently arranging the bagged products continuously delivered from the front-end packaging line in strict accordance with preset procedures:
Intelligent Grouping & Stable Stack Formation: The system automatically changes the direction of material bags during operation via a high-efficiency positioner, supporting alternate grouping of (2×3) and (3×2). It stacks 5 bags per layer as standard and can stably stack up to 10 layers in total. This alternate interlocking structure greatly enhances the physical stability of the overall stack.
Superior Shaping Process: After the bags are accurately pushed onto the pallet by the bag pusher, the system automatically activates the four-side shaping mechanism and top pressing device to compress the bags and adjust the flatness of each layer, ensuring the full stack is flat and tightly fitted.
High Throughput Capacity: Designed for high-intensity and high-frequency operations, it delivers a production capacity of up to 2400 bags per hour. Once the stack is full, the lift truck and conveyor connect seamlessly to automatically discharge the heavy-duty pallets smoothly.
After high-level palletizing is completed, the products immediately enter the cold stretch hooding process, where the high resilience and clamping force of the film tightly wrap the products:
Physical Protection & Superior Stability: The stretching mechanism of the hooding machine pulls the four corners of the film and sleeves it from top to bottom to the bottom of the stacked products. Its stability during transportation is far higher than that of traditional wrapping methods.
Intelligent Detection & Customized Operation: Equipped with position sensors, the film stretching unit automatically detects the stack profile. The bag-making length and hooding height are continuously adjustable, enabling intelligent switching of the film release position between the pallet top plate and the bottom.
Fully Enclosed Excellent Protection: The film features excellent resilience, toughness, puncture resistance and tear resistance. It can keep products dry and protect them from wind, rain and sun in various temperature environments.
